Ensuring the Best Experience for you our guest.

  • Scheduling. We're keeping up with the times! STUDIO Face & Body offers online booking so that you can schedule your next visit at the most convenient time for you! (Select the "Book Now" button found here on our site, OR by selecting the "Book Now" option on the service of your choosing  - all you have to do is follow the prompts). Your card info will be required at the time of booking per our cancellation policy. At time of booking you will be charged a deposit of a $ amount or 50% to 100% depending on the service chosen. All deposits are non refundable  and if need to reschedule the funds will move with your appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the deposit will remain in your account until you are ready for your service.  If we schedule your appointment for you by phone or text a 50% deposit is taken by electronic invoice, e-mailed to your e-mail address given at time of booking, the booking system allows 24 hours for payment of deposit invoice, after 24 hours of non-payment the booking system will cancel the appointment.

  • New & existing  PMU & Microblading Brow Guests. Please be ready to provide a photo of your current Brows as well as your goal to best guide you in scheduling for the services of your brow dreams.

  • Facial, Peel & Package appointments. We recommend you reserve your appointments as far in advance as possible due to high demand. (At least 3-4 appointments in advance). Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. In the event life gets in the way and you are 15+ minutes late, (Euphoria Face & Body reserves the right to implement our no show policy in this case) and reschedule your visit as the schedule needs to continue to run smoothly for other guests throughout the day.

  • Cancellations. All appointments are confirmed via text or email. Please allow minimally 72 hours notice for all cancellations/changes to appointments. Multiple cancellations outside of the 72 hour window will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services, or 100% of appointment deposit.

  • Payments & Gratuity. We accept all major credit cards & cash. No checks are accepted for payment or gratuities.

  • Inclement Weather. STUDIO Face & Body reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any appointments due to inclement weather, illness or personal needs. In the event we need to make adjustments to your scheduled appointment - you will be contacted promptly by phone or text to reschedule as close to the initial appointment time as possible.

  • Post PMU or Microblading service. After the thorough consultations & service on your first visit, there is 1 complimentary Touch-Up post appointment for Perfecting.* If there is an unforeseen need for an additional Perfecting visit that wasn't noticeable untill your healed result of your post perfecting session - STUDIO Face & Body will accommodate at cost within 90 days of initial perfecting session. Euphoria Face & Body reserves the rights to use discretion with all post service requests.

  • Your appointments are very important to the Face & Body team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations.

​

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

  • Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

 

  • - Less than 72 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

  • - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

  • - Appointments made within the 72 hour period and must cancel, will result in a 50% charge of the reservation time.

 

  • - ALL SERVICES held with a credit card and or deposit. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 72 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. A credit card    "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time. deposits for service appointments  are refundable within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, deposits are Non refundable and held for future services. The cash value does not expire. If services are no longer wanted you may gift the amount in writing to another person of your choosing if you wish. Otherwise you agree to the terms of forfeiting your deposit.  

 

  • The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Face & Body team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. EUPHORIA FACE & BODY  policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

 

 

CONFIRMATION TEXTS/EMAILS

  • As a courtesy and as long as we have collected a e-mail address and cell phone number from you,  we will EMAIL, TEXT OR BOTH  and confirm your service appointments 2 to 3 business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF CHARGED A NO-SHOW/CANCELATION FEE

  • If you miss your scheduled appointment " NO-SHOW or LAST MINUTE CANCELATION " the 50 or 100% fee charged to your registered credit card will turn into a DEPOSIT MINUS A up to $100 FEE FOR unless your scheduled time was filled. The deposit will be applied towards your service once you reschedule and services are preformed. If any customer fails to show for any appointment there after the deposit becomes non refundable. If a customer has a " VOUCHER, COUPON or PREPAID SERVICE the deposit will be reimbursed minus the up to $100 NO-SHOW / CANCELATION FEE. If VOUCHER / COUPON customers miss there second appointment the deposit becomes non refundable. 

 

IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED 

  •  If your credit card is declined for your cancellation fee and you have future appointments all future appointments will be canceled until the fee is paid. 

 

IF YOU BOUGHT A PACKAGE.

  • If you have a package service and you miss your scheduled appointment you are charged up to 100%  of the full priced package service or single service  and is held till the end of your package. package customers are charges in one of two ways. 1) they loose one appointment out of there package and is non refundable or 2) charged Upmto a 100% fee out of the NO-SHOW / CANCELATION FEE. at the end of package remaining money will be refunded after deducted fees.

IF YOU FEEL IT IS UNSAFE FOR TO TRAVEL. 

​

  • It’s important to us here at Euphorias Face & Body you feel safe traveling to your appointment. If you feel it’s unsafe for you to travel due to snow or other weather related conditions you have until 7am the day of your appointment to text us ( 860.993.4079 )  or email us ( follow this link to our contact email page. ( https://euphoriafaceandbodygroup.com/bookonline ) of your cancelation or reschedule. If you fail to do so all above cancelation policies apply and will result in a no show or last minute cancelation fee. 

  • No assumptions or reasons will be accepted.

SCHEDULED SERVICES TAHT FALL BELOW $100.

 

  • Services that fall below the $100 first time fee are subject to the same rules above however 50% will be charged as a NO-SHOW / CANCELATION FEE is non refundable.

 

 

 

All sales on products, services, prepaid service and or service packages &/or gifts, gift cards, gift certificates and package cards are final and non refundable..
