Service Description

An in-person personalized in-depth visit to discuss skin-care goals and answer any questions you may have about Corrective Facials, Peels, Hydra-Facial and OXYgeneo O2 Facial. All services @ STUDIO Face Body come with a complimentary consultation the day of your procedure. If you are sure of the skin-care service you're ready for, Book the the service you fee best suites you and we can adjust at time of appointment. However, if you're not quite sure. Please book a SKIN-CARE SERVICES CONSULTATION and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and go over the best option for you.

Cancellation Policy

Ensuring the Best Experience. I agree and understand my credit card info will be required at the time of booking per the cancellation policy. At time of booking I will be charged a non-refundable deposit of a $ amount of the service chosen or 50% to 100% of my service depending on service chosen. I agree and understand all deposits are non refundable and if I need to reschedule, the funds will move with your appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the deposit will remain in your account until you are ready for your service. I agree and understand If Studio face & body schedules my appointment for me by phone or text a 50% deposit is taken by electronic invoice, e-mailed to my e-mail address given at time of booking, the booking system allows 24 hours for payment of deposit invoice, after 24 hours of non-payment the booking system will cancel my appointment. ​I agree and understand New & existing PMU & Microblading Brow Guests. Please be ready to provide a photo of your current Brows as well as your goal to best guide you in scheduling for the services of your brow dreams. ​​I agree and understand if I book aFacial, Peel or Package appointments. We recommend you reserve your appointments as far in advance as possible due to high demand. (At least 3-4 appointments in advance). Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. In the event life gets in the way and you are 15+ minutes late, (Studio Face & Body reserves the right to implement our no show policy in this case) and reschedule your visit as the schedule needs to continue to run smoothly for other guests throughout the day. ​​I agree and understand All appointments are confirmed via text or email. I agar and understand I will allow a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations/changes to appointments. I agar and understand If I fail to cancel/change or modify my appointment (s) outside of the 72 hour window will result in a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the scheduled services, or 100% of appointment deposit. I agar and understand if I have Multiple cancellations past the 72 hour policy, I will be banned from services in the future. I agree and understand Payments & Gratuity. We accept all major credit cards & cash. No checks are accepted for payment or gratuities. I agree and understand Inclement Weather. Studio Face & Body reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any appointments due to inclement weather. In the event we need to make adjustments to your scheduled appointment - you will be contacted promptly by phone or text to reschedule as close to the initial appointment time as possible. I agree and understand After my consultations & service on my first visit, there is 1 complimentary Touch-Up post appointment for Perfecting.* If there is an unforeseen need for an additional Perfecting visit that wasn't noticeable until your healed result of your post perfecting session - Studio Face & Body will accommodate at cost within 90 days of initial perfecting session. Studio Face & Body reserves the rights to use discretion with all post service requests.
